  • At Fintan Active, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we have established the following Return and Refund Policy to help you.

    1. Return Period

    You may return any eligible product within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

    2. Eligibility for Returns

    To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

    3. Return Process

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
    3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
    4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

    4. Shipping Costs

    You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent). In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

    5. Refund Process

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    6. Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. The original item must still meet our return policy criteria.

    7. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Opened or used items (e.g., apparel that has been worn)
